David Lee Joyner continues his 23+-year association with the Thurston County, Washington Rotary clubs adjudicating Olympia area junior high and high school jazz ensembles for their annual Cool Jazz Clean Water Jazz Festival, that raises money for clean water projects and the purchase of school band instruments. It will be held at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts in Olympia, Washington.
